What do you like best about TenantCloud? The system is very user-friendly and you don't have to spend a lot of time or money to get the functions you need. It has a wide variety of features and for the cost seems like the best option out there. What do you dislike about TenantCloud? I wish they have a way to move out a tenant and then credit them back for deposit. Sometimes you have to wait on repairs before you know that amount and the system doesn't allow for it. What do you like best about TenantCloud? The platform is easy to accept online payments. I can communicate easily with my tenants on the online chat function which keeps a barrier between tenants and myself. What do you dislike about TenantCloud? So far nothing has really came to mind. What do you like best about TenantCloud? Easy to use and helps keep all of our information organized. It's also helpful for communication with the tenants. What do you dislike about TenantCloud? I wish the interface was a bit more intuitive. Also wish there was the ability to send out things like cosigner agreements to non-tenant contacts. "Good System, affordable, but has room to grow."

What do you like best about TenantCloud? It is highly affordable compared to most property management software, at least what I have used in the past. They give the option to purchase a la carte add on's, which is a huge bonus. I use it for its base needs - Maintenance portal, tenant portal, and rent collection- and it sufficiently serves those functions. What do you dislike about TenantCloud? What do you like best about TenantCloud? The ability to keep everything organized in a way that keeps it visually simple. The accounting, tenant screening, and URL creating are great. The way the Landlord Dashboard is laid out is something I really like, both in the app and online. I primarily chose TenantCloud because it allows tenants to pay with cash and electronic methods, and it allows tenants to interact with the App or the Desktop version.
