"Did not advertise in Zillow as it said."

What do you like best about TenantCloud? TenantCloud said it advertises in Realtor.com, Zillow.com and others. Found out months later it was not posting to Zillow as it said, I lost rent for 3 months. As soon as I stopped using this app and posted by myself on Zillow I found a renter. I will not use TenantCloud anymore. Wasted my time. Now I collect my rental funds with another app. What do you dislike about TenantCloud? Zillow not advertising as it was indicated. "Has potential"

What do you like best about TenantCloud? I like the idea of having a portal where my tenants can submit service calls and pay rent. Being able to track expenses is a plus. Adding properties and tenants in bulk was a big help when I moved from my old software. Being able to message the tenants thru the system is great. Tenants can ask for maintenance, or ask questions as well. What do you dislike about TenantCloud? Not being able to quickly mark tenants as paid is a huge downfall. You have ...

What do you like best about TenantCloud? very user friendly. system is easy to learn What do you dislike about TenantCloud? I wish system had more reports. wold be nice to provide additional reports to owners and tenants What problems is TenantCloud solving and how is that benefiting you? allows me to provide reports and information to owners

"Easy to use with excellent customer service!"

What do you like best about TenantCloud? The Help Center is amazing! Anytime I'm having an issue I can reach out and get help pretty quickly and thoroughly. What do you dislike about TenantCloud? It's a fairly basic software without easy solutions to harder or more complicated issues What problems is TenantCloud solving and how is that benefiting you? Tenant cloud helps me keep all my ducks in a row. I love the reminders of lease expirations so I never miss a move out.

"Works well enough and very responsive support"

What do you like best about TenantCloud? Automated rent collection and late fees. Automatic listing online, credit and eviction search. What do you dislike about TenantCloud? It still feels like a pretty small business, the app is not very responsive either on the website or on the phone. "TenantCloud has been very reliable in my day to day work life."

What do you like best about TenantCloud? TenantCloud provides a program that makes it easy to handle all of our long term properties on one platform. We can do all of the things needed to succesfull and easily run our long term rental business. What do you dislike about TenantCloud? TenantCloud does not offer services for short term rentals. "Great way to scale a growing portfolio"

What do you like best about TenantCloud? I like that it allows you to scale small to mid sized portfolios What do you dislike about TenantCloud? ACH fees are high, and the processing times can be slow. The recent change to credit card processing was a downgrade because it removed the ability to manage everything in our own Stripe software. This gave us less control over our credit card management and dispute management. The software is unable to sync with other third-party services like ...

What do you like best about TenantCloud? Streamlining routine operations and offering good reporting. What do you dislike about TenantCloud? Scaling up with larger units, some user issues with payments. What problems is TenantCloud solving and how is that benefiting you? Cutting down our staff's time to post ads, collect rent, screen tenants, and maintenance.

What do you like best about TenantCloud? I love that TenantCloud has everything that I need for our small business. For example, I can do tenant screening, list my vacancies on multiple rental websites, collect rent payments, manage maintenance requests, and do reports. The message function is great because the tenants can contact our team and pay their rent all from their own portal. What do you dislike about TenantCloud?
