What do you like best about TenantCloud? Extremely user friendly, affordable, and great for tenant screening What do you dislike about TenantCloud? What do you like best about TenantCloud? Easy to setup properties and tenants. Good features like setting up triple nets and such when considering what the total rent payments are. What do you dislike about TenantCloud? That there is not an option for the tenants to pay fees for rent payments they could make online. What do you like best about TenantCloud? I am a DIY landlord. The sofware provided by TenantCloud is not only simple to use and very user friendly, but also offers great value for money. "Satisfied User for years"

What do you like best about TenantCloud? Automating invoices with a payment portal allowed me to transition entirely away from paper checks. Watching revenue month over month is helpful for tracking, and tenants can submit maintenance requests which is handy for streamlining communication. What do you dislike about TenantCloud? The transition to Dwolla as a payment portal slowed down payments and was a large hassle for my tenants, but now that the transition is in the past it has ...

"Did not advertise in Zillow as it said."

What do you like best about TenantCloud? TenantCloud said it advertises in Realtor.com, Zillow.com and others. Found out months later it was not posting to Zillow as it said, I lost rent for 3 months. As soon as I stopped using this app and posted by myself on Zillow I found a renter.
