What do you like best about TenantCloud? With Tenant Cloud, I do not have to constantly monitor my tenants' accounts. And when I notice a problem, Tenant Cloud has a support team to resolve problems. What do you like best about TenantCloud? Very comprehensive and easy to use system overall. Generating reports for landlords is easy. Great customer service. What do you dislike about TenantCloud? Tenant has to pay a small fee for sending payments. Landlord users need to verify their identity is not very user friendly because it requires them to take a photo of themselves. What do you like best about TenantCloud? Easy to learn and use and good for tenant communications and lease tracking. What do you dislike about TenantCloud? Lack of banking integration. Would be better if it had that. What problems is TenantCloud solving and how is that benefiting you? Managing leases and tenant billing and payments.

What do you like best about TenantCloud? I like the ability to manage lease agreements and receive rent payments online. What do you dislike about TenantCloud? They recently made a change to the system that prevents recording deposit returns after the lease ends. This change is ridiculous because landlords typically have 30 days after the lease ends to return a deposit and would never actaully return a deposit while the lease is still active. What do you like best about TenantCloud? I love the online lease and electronic signature. I haven't met a tenant in years. This has been a huge thing saver for me. What do you dislike about TenantCloud? Sometimes potential tenants have trouble using it. They can't login or the screening won't go through.
