"Seems good enough for the price."

What do you like best about TenantCloud? I like the "all in one" expletive it gives landlords, I wish the messaging features were more robust but for now everything seems to be working well. What do you dislike about TenantCloud? I wish the messaging features were more robust and prominent- they are hidden from the main navigation. What do you like best about TenantCloud? The maintenance and messaging features are gold in this app! "Full service Cloud Property Management Solution"

What do you like best about TenantCloud? low cost, many beneficial services and easy onboarding What do you dislike about TenantCloud? missing some communication tools, missing some syndication networks, not designed to handle commercial properties. Not flexible for real life mixed portfolio, very slow payment processing. Provides robust support for my rental business

PROS: I've been able to enjoy a slew of benefits such as a more organized business structure, better client management, and data centralization. CONS: I think it's high-time for TenantCloud to introduce more sophisticated bookkeeping support to its users.

Eliminates legwork

PROS: I love just how it takes away the stress of knocking on every tenant's door to ask for rental payment. Transactions can now be done online with zero hassle to both me and the tenant. CONS: The amount on the invoice and the amount indicated on a tenant's contract mirror each other. I had a hard time disconnecting the two to adjust the invoice without having to touch the contract.

"Very extensive application"

What do you like best about TenantCloud? I love the ability to use DocuSign, accept and send payment to tenants and contractors, and easily communicate with my tenants. The available reports and maintenance request functions are extremely helpful and appreciated! What do you dislike about TenantCloud? I dislike the application format. "Great Value Property Management Software with Excellent Customer Support!"

What do you like best about TenantCloud? Tenant Cloud is easy to use and provides great value for the price - they are always extremely responsive to any help requests submitted. What do you dislike about TenantCloud? Some of the user interface is not very intuitive, certain features are hidden down several layers of menus/pages or are in places where most users would not expect to find them. "For the amount of units we are able to have, the price is definitely worth it!"

What do you like best about TenantCloud? The ability for my tenants to pay online. What do you dislike about TenantCloud? Nothing yet that I've found, but I've only just started using it. What problems is TenantCloud solving and how is that benefiting you? The benefits are being able to store all of our tenants, without having to choose just a few buildings (other programs only allow a small number of units before a huge price jump to the next tier)

What do you like best about TenantCloud? Functionality is really robust... online payments, maintenance requests, tenant communication, reminders for lease expiration, late fee management, key code management, etc. I love having a clear picture of when my leases are expiring and who has paid. "Good, but there is better"

What do you like best about TenantCloud? The number of listings being limitless is pretty amazing. What do you dislike about TenantCloud? The UI is a little dicey and the functionality is limited for PHA program. What problems is TenantCloud solving and how is that benefiting you? I haven't really noticed any benefits other than saving money on monthly sub fees, but Yardy is much more all encompassing support.
