What do you like best about Templafy? Should unify templates, documents, signatures across company. Yeah it does, but it has also many other issues. Good thing is that it unified signatures in Outlook across entire company and recognizes if you are responding to someone in your company, writing mail outside or writing new mail. What do you like best about Templafy? I have been using Templafy for around 2 years now. It is integrated inside Microsoft Office and help me beautify, improve, visualize the data better. It helps suggesting better templates for Microsoft Powerpoint, helps adjusting images, tables, structures in Microsoft Word and Excel. PROS: Now, company templates are all within reach. Because this tool is seamlessly integrated into Microsoft tools, we can easily jazz up our documents and make sure that they adhere to our company’s branding guidelines. CONS: I absolutely love this tool. No complaints from this user.

Steep learning curve, but worth it in the end

PROS: I like that this is well integrated into Microsoft’s tools. This, plus the tools other features, makes creating and editing company documents very easy now. CONS: It’s a little difficult to learn this tool, but once you get the hang of it, you will realize just how valuable it is.

Makes my job so much easier! I highly recommend this tool.

PROS: Templafy is quick to launch and easy to utilize thanks to its integrations to office tools. With approved templates within reach, it is no longer such a big deal for me to create documents that are within the company’s branding. This used to be a big problem for me because I usually get confused about how to improve the look and feel of my work. CONS: Identity verification is required sometimes, taking up a bit of my time from work. But I do understand the security reasons behind this.
