"Simple and convenient!"

What do you like best about Tekmetric? When fixing any errors, once they can duplicate it, they fix it swiftly! The customer service is quick and easy. What do you dislike about Tekmetric? There is nothing to dislike about Tekmetric at the moment. What problems is Tekmetric solving and how is that benefiting you? The software is simple to use, exceptionally when integrating a vast selection of vendors.

"Makes My Life Easier"

What do you like best about Tekmetric? My favorite thing about Tekmetric is how easy it makes it to write estimates and communicate them with customers. It used to take me at least 3 times as long to write an estimate, and then I'd have to call the customer, and walk through everything with them on the phone, which took up a ton of time. Now I can get the estimates written quickly, and about 80% of the time I just get authorizations from the customers without having to explain every detail ...

What do you like best about Tekmetric? The upside is that Tekmetrix has different levels that match your business. Small enough and big enough. What do you dislike about Tekmetric? It's still newer to market. I'm told improving the way tires are inventoried will be corrected that will be a great change. What problems is Tekmetric solving and how is that benefiting you? Easy access to customer information and vehicle information. Ordering parts is easier with the copy function on customer ...

"Great for building ROs / Bad for Reporting and Tracking."

What do you like best about Tekmetric? I like the ease of building estimates on Repair Orders. I like the integrations with Partstech and NextPart. I also like the digital inspections. The pictures are gold. I like the information on the appointment screen that prepares you for incoming customers. I like the ease of creating canned jobs. The integration was pretty easy. The only hiccup we had was that we weren't entering area codes in the customer phone numbers in our old system, so it was ...

What do you like best about Tekmetric? Ease of use. Ability to utilize from any device with an active internet connection which adds a huge element of flexibility. Features are generally useful. What do you dislike about Tekmetric? Mobile use can be frustrating. The response to feature requests/changes is slower than desired. What problems is Tekmetric solving and how is that benefiting you? Ability to assist my team from any location with an active internet connection.
