"Have used for 3 years and I am impressed"

What do you like best about Tekmetric? They are constantly adding and changing due to customer feed back. No system is ideal for everyone but they go out of their way to meet needs. It is definetly easier to use than some others I have used. Integrations seem to be easy enough for what we use. Customer support has always been a good experience. "Great Platform, Responsive service"

What do you like best about Tekmetric? 1. Parts integration. We can access most vendors and the ones we cannot are problems on the vendor side. 2. View / workflow. We have options on how to make it look. They have upgraded our ability to parse catogories in 2023 which has made it even better. 3. When we have a need, they are listening. "TekMetric Rocks!"

What do you like best about Tekmetric? The ease of use and RO creation. Very intuitive and makes the process of estimate, invoice and customer communication simple. Lots of integrations available. What do you dislike about Tekmetric? Some labor times estimates are a little all over the place or inaccurate. Mostly good though. What problems is Tekmetric solving and how is that benefiting you? "Love this platform"

What do you like best about Tekmetric? Virtual Inspections Easy parts ordering Able to send inspections and estimates to customers Getting approval online - virutally shows approvals What do you dislike about Tekmetric? Tends to crash too much, does not bulk pads rotors deal on parts tech What problems is Tekmetric solving and how is that benefiting you? customers not saying they didnt approve work, easier contact with customers, being able to send virtual inspections

What do you like best about Tekmetric? The program is easy to learn. We don't use all the features of Tekmetric. We enjoy the ability to order parts directly from the work order. There have been many improvements since we first started using Tekmetric. What do you dislike about Tekmetric? There's a lot of mouse clicking from one item, screen to another. What do you like best about Tekmetric? First the fact that customer service is very promptly at your finger tips if you need any assistance with anything pretaining to the program. Also this program covers all aspects of what a functioning shop needs to bill, keep records of customers, service or vendors. What do you like best about Tekmetric? After trying out several other shop management systems my shop settled on Tekmetrics due to their ease of use and their intergration platform from bookkeeping, card procesing, to social CRM connectivity. They don't require signed contracts that lock you in annually and have a great Q&A help board.
