Effective management of ticketing
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? We use Teamwork Projects to manage all our projects and see to it that we satisfy the needs of our clients. However, we were faced the problem of customer support where clients would need our help whenever they encountered problems with the use of our applications. Great software for customer service centers
What do you like best? It allows for continuity of business. I was part of a customer service center, and when one person was out, it became easy for us to continue the work regardless of whether they're they or not because all had access to Teamwork Desk. Perfect Addition to Our Task Managment System
What do you like best? I love that this program integrates nicely with teamwork projects - the task management program we use. It also helps us as a team manage emails coming in and make sure our clients are taken care of. What do you dislike? It would be nice to have some type of time tracking for each ticket. Helps to monitor the progress of the projects
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? It helps to improve the visibility of your projects. If you are managing a current project, you can schedule tasks in a way that when one is complete the other one takes over. What do you like best? I like that with a few simple clicks and a basic understanding of the website, I can filter my home page to see exactly what I need to get done and when. What do you dislike? It is extremely comprehensive. I have been using it for 9 months now and still have so many questions. Makes group work possible
What do you like best? The ability to quickly see project status and due dates. What do you dislike? At times past due notices aren't reflected on login. Recommendations to others considering the product Hands down best Team platform for office tasks. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We no longer are micromanaged for tasks, they are now visible company wide which helps with accountability.

What do you like best? Being able to put your support tickets in system is a great way to stay organize. Thats exactly what this product was designed for. You can embed a script and add it to your website for support that customers can simple create a ticket in a matter of seconds.
