What do you like best? First of all, the user interface is well designed and easy to use. It is also easy to integrate with other softwares we are using. The support team is very helpful when you encounter challenges while using the product. What do you like best? The best thing with TeamWave is that it is easy to use and implement. Above all it helps to get customer information and comes with a customer reward program where customer earns redeemable points when they shop with you. What do you dislike? Very useful as an CRM. Will consider this going forward

What do you like best? All the above. Is very useful in sales methodology and as a Sales CRM solution What do you dislike? Noting to dislike so far. Currently in free test evaluation phase so far. Recommendations to others considering the product: NA What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? All the ones which we currently have with retaining contacts. which reside in Outlook and or excel file format.

What do you like best? Suite of must have services that include CRM, collaboration and HR. Each individual service offer a comprehensive set of features.
