99.99% of the time they've got things…
99.99% of the time they've got things right. That .01% off is when they think I'm using the app for commercial use when taking care of family computers and my headless Plex server instead of personal use. Other than that, I've used this for many years and it is solid and easy to use. So many great features like remote update, and file transfer make remote support so much easier.
