I like the product but their way of…

I like the product but their way of doing business is horrible. Once you sign up for subscription, they won't let you know until the day of renewal and there is no chance to cancel the subscription when you receive the renewal notification. They requires 28 days before the renewal date for you to cancel the subscription. It is very sad to find out that the company, which makes a great product, does this kind of way of business. Same as the rest of the complaints. Auto renew scam, unethical business practices, and horrible customer service. Plenty of alternatives with more features and function for same or lesser cost. Totally not worth it.

No Support, No longer Works

It was great for connecting to my computer at home but now they blocked me thinking I am using it for commercial use and there is NO WAY TO CONTACT SUPPORT. They seem to not give a ... about their customers. I even tried to submit a forum post and it just says "There was an error while attempting to post your message. Try again in a few minutes."
