Fusker med faktura, dårlig service og sikkeheden er også dårlig med systemet. Meget besværligt at anvende.Bestilte via kampagne med 25% rabat, men nu kræver de fuld betaling og skrev jeg ikke ønskede det fik jeg at de 7 dage annullerings frist var gået.Brug nogle af de andre gode alternativer ude på markedet, undgå TeamViewer.

Do not be fooled into paying for a business license in as much as they like to say it allows you to use multiple channels or you get extra features take note - the free version works better and with multiple channels and the exact same features, but after a while they stop allowing it to force you into paying for a business license.Once paid you're likely to find it stops working as promised and tickets or calls can take up to 2 weeks to get a response. Premium License still requires a license for each endpoint!
We have a Premium License, but each endpoint is not accessible unless a license is purchased for EACH endpoint, otherwise, TeamViewer blocks the endpoint, because it is commercial use.Well we have industrial equipment installed worldwide so each shipment requires a $700 single user license to access it.This is not what TeamViewer advertises ( unlimited endpoints.We would appreciate any recommendations for other Apps which would allow multiple endpoint access without a license for each.

Aweful customer service
So their product was really good, however, we wanted to cancel the subscription except they didn't send a reminder and just took the payment out of our account. When I inquired this they told me I had to let them know 28days before the subscription was up. (except I never got told when this was or when the renewal was.Now I've been told I cannot have a refund even with the UK and EU laws protecting us against such a thing. Jeg har kun version 10 og kan derfor ikke bruge version 12 lovligt. Det er en virkelig virkelig virkelig ringe løsning, når man køber version 10 i sin tid og tror det er super godt for evigt! Det er plat og svindel, når I så opdaterer og man ikke får en automatisk opdatering - så er pengene spildte og det får man INGEN info om i købssituationen!!!

Free version is pretty good
A great way to remotely control your computer via another computer, phone or tablet. It is quite easy to set up, and easy to pick up.I have not tried the paid version yet, their paid version seems to be overprices because of my casual use.

Don't buy teamviewer
We have bought teamviewer and tried to make it work. That´s not possible and teamviewer has closed the software but they want us to anyway. That´s really bad - WARNING don´t buy teamviewer
