Cancellation policy and auto renewal …

Cancellation policy and auto renewal policy is completely unreasonable. After finding out the software will not work for our company within 2 weeks we're unable to get any partial refund of the full year price we paid. Would not recommend TeamViewer to anyone - there are much cheaper, better alternatives out there as we're now finding. I've never written a negative review however TeamViewer deserves one. £ 382.80 for 13 days worth of use.
