Strongarming customers

Strongarming even their paying costumers. We are locked out of our clients because if they use version 13 and we use version 12 (that we paid some 2000 dollars for we simply cannot connect to them. So we are forced to pay for version 13 or ask every client to download an older version. Not to mention it is constantly nagging on personal computers or home use. I know they of course needs money for the product that is quite good, but please dial it back a bit.

I can check my PC from anywhere

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I use TV for a personal projects, I can check my Pc from my phone. There is a chat, VOIP and even an option for Presentation. I can show off my Power Point Presentation or something else. Also, this software is free for personal uses. What aspects are problematic or could work better? Popups can be annoying sometimes, but the application is still useful. What specific problems in your company were solved by this product? I ...

Terrible support - look elsewhere

Bad, bad, bad. TeamViewer has gone downhill. The personal use version is strict beyond reason and sent me into 3 weeks for support calls only to end up being told that remoting to my home PC from work was "commercial". If they weren't such absolute asses during these 3 weeks, I would have just purchased a personal paid plan. But their lack of care and slow, inpersonal support has totally turned me away from the company.Use AnyDesk instead. Much, much better.TeamViewer is garbage.

Customer service is totally inflexible regarding licenses. No notification on renewing licensing and no possibility to change before you are billed another year of subscriptions no matter what.Bad taste after 3 years.

Very useful software

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Thanks to chat and call features I can interact with my customers, and solve their issues by using this wonderful system TeamViewer. It is time saving and saves money as well. I can access to my client’s computers from home, I can guide them, teach them and help them whenever they have issues with using the product. What aspects are problematic or could work better? If I use 4 to 6 hour continuously then the system is very slow. ...

Reliable remote connection

TeamViewer is remote connection software easier to use. You can transfer files with standard dual-window interface, you can also drag and drop from one computer to another without any problem. There is also a copy and paste function, so if you need to transfer only part of the information to another document, you can do without having to send the entire file.

Awful support

Teamviewer is a good tool, when it works.Problem is, their support is absolutely awful. If your problem is not a settings issue within Teamviewer, they're useless and never fix the problem. They'll just open a ticket, say that they're working on it, and never get back to you. Or maybe, if you're lucky, they'll reply 3 MONTHS after you opened the ticket.Mind you, this is the support you get when you pay about a grand PER LICENSE per year. It's absolutely ridiculous that their support is so ...
