What do you like best? Real time customer alerts , the ability to perform and archive screen and video recordings , the ability to organize product tracking. everything is good with TeamSupport!
What do you like best? With TeamSupport we can easily manage tickets and to keep up with our clients. We started to use its dashboards and I really enjoy working with them, edit and customize them as well so it can meet our needs. There is great feature for storing of customers and this means that we can attach the customer with all of their information to the ticket. Top Notch tool for Service Helpdesk
What do you like best? The fact that the deployment was super easy and there's almost no learning curve because it is that easy and simple to understand. The interface is very clean and the options are well laid out. You can easily the tickets assigned to you and your team as well, and do the needful for the same. What do you dislike? A solid help desk software
What do you like best? Easy to use. TeamSupport is very well designed and is obviously designed by people who are mindful of their customers. I can quickly find what I need and I didn't find any of the customizable features confusing. Quick updates to log new ticket information. This is nice if you are on the phone or just tried to contact someone and have an open ticket to make a quick note. What do you dislike? The ability to divide a ticket would also be very nice. A strong collaboration solution tool
What do you like best? We loved how it allowed our team to work together on some of the more important support problems. What do you dislike? The user interface seemed a bit busy for us, and some had a lot of questions about navigation. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We were trying it out to see if it was a tool we could use for our support agents.

Simple and easy to use!
What do you like best? I love the fact that such a simple product can make my work day so much easier. This tool is highly equipped and can make my day to day tasks simpler. What do you dislike? Not much to dislike other than updating the software reugularly. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We use this tool to strategize and and it helps our practice.

Great B2B Software. Definite recommend!
What do you like best? To create and assign tickets for B2B issues, speeding up service and efficiency based on severity level. What do you dislike? Nothing to dislike, there are many features to take advantage of that we aren't even using yet. What do you like best? It provides great central control in dealing with IT issues and visibility of information to ensure that businesses suffer no service downtime and the productivity is not reduced.
