What do you like best? TeamSupport is equal parts efficiency, ease of use, reliability,and adaptability. Customizing ,user's friendly and reduces paper work in an organization. What do you dislike? What do you like best? I am user of team support ticketing tool. I like the way it is working, uploading and updating the tickets. It is very easy to use What do you dislike? Ticketing tool
What do you like best? It has very simple and fast way to keep logs of action worked in resolving any issue. The tool provides automatic updates by sending mail to specific email address. What do you dislike? Team Support does not provide solutions to raise change order. That is the thing I dislike it it would be great if we could raise change order as well. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Tracking issue we receive from end user.

Good ticketing tool.
What do you like best? It is a good tool used to communicate the issues of the customers. I can chat with the users and customers directly. The main thing in this tool is the tab Private action and public action where in private action we can communicate with the internal team members and public action is used to communicate with customers directly.
