Very Easy to use although sometimes flawed

What do you like best? Its simple and it works most of the time. allow me to easily communicate with customers and discuss issues. What do you dislike? The way the tabbing works and the prevention of being logged in at multiple times. Service Desk made easy

What do you like best? The ease of use, and track-able nature of the tickets. What do you dislike? Can't see Team members by name, it's all or nothing. Recommendations to others considering the product: Take the online training, it was a wealth of information. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Service tickets, and the benefits, are shorter down-times.

TeamSupport Streamlines the Support Experience

What do you like best? There are many things I really like about Team Support. First and foremost is the ability to copy/paste screenshots into the tickets. When we were shopping for a system, this was the ONLY system that had this capability. They are innovative! 1) The ticketing system itself is so efficient. What do you like best? Saas platform - It's available via the internet. What do you dislike? We have recently moved out of TeamSupport after struggling with them for 3 years. There is no product roadmap and if you open feature requests it will be stuck forever and finally, it will be closed without proper resolution. 1. What do you like best? The ticketing portion of this tool was perfectly adequate, we were able to perform bulk actions on tickes, use tagging and the reporting on ticketing times and SLAs is pretty good.
