TeamSnap Reviews in February 2025: User Ratings, Pros & Cons

TeamSnap is so easy to work with. Smooth and seamless.

PROS: I don’t have to undergo any learning curve to use TeamSnap, and my players and their parents had the same experience as well. I often use it to send bulk emails and to initiate conversations with my team members. TeamSnap is providing everything that I need to help my team run efficiently.

Most aggravating App award goes to.....

I absolutely hate this app. I am a coach and a parent. The app crashes constantly, the website is SUUUUUPER slow, it is nearly impossible to modify your role on the team as it changes or gets screwed up. No idea why TeamSnap is so terrible...but there is almost unanimous agreement between the parents that they would love to never use it again. I had a bill from a pizza party that I paid directly in cash (because who on earth would ever use their payment services?!?). This bill has been on ...

I like the way this tool keeps everyone from the team engaged in our activities.

PROS: Organizing games and major events is never a problem with TeamSnap. I can create a couple of them and disseminate all the details to the attendees. It also helps the coordinators work well with each other through accessible communication.

It promotes better communication for all members of the team.

PROS: I can easily organize all team members to their respective rosters without any issues at all. Also, chatting with team members is easy to do because TeamSnap works well on mobile phones. CONS: Sometimes the system tends to work slower than usual. This usually happens during the mornings to noontime. But the good thing is that we don’t experience this in our group chat feature because we use it more often than other features.

Used to be good

Used to be good. Now too many forced ads (try waiting 30 seconds being force fed an ad). This is even on a PAID account. Reports of pornographic ads being served. There are much better ad free , free apps out there. TeamLinkt is free and ad free.

It promotes better and faster communication with the whole team.

PROS: It ensures that everyone in the team would be able to read my messages and emails and respond promptly. There is no reason for them to miss out on things. CONS: The monthly payments are starting to increase because some features would require extra fees. They should provide better customer service experience in return, such as faster response time, will do.

Love it. Woud be great if there was a facility reservation system for clubs

Not a good app

Not a good app, customer service or billing structure. Be careful, we signed up to this as a team because it had a good COVID declaration form. The costs of running the service spiralled. Cancelling the service is difficult and customer service non- existent.Better Apps exist out there for free. I wish I’d spent longer doing my homework.

Most things work very well

Most things work very well. As the Coach, I would like the ability to do "Team Chat" from my desktop computer.

PROS: I keep a hectic schedule, so I need something that can help me organize things instantly. Using TeamSnap is very beneficial not just for me but also for my team members and my staff. I can easily arrange my weekly and monthly calendar, so I won't be able to miss any of our games this season. TeamSnap comes with a free fan page site where I can update by uploading news, sports updates, and even photos of the team. It's good advertising; it boosts the players' morale, and it's a great ...
