Too light for SMB with growth ambitions
What do you like best? There is nothing to dislike about the user interface of this package. It looks sleek, and there is no clutter in the screen. The UX is friendly, intuitive and very straight forward. Setting the parametres of the system is easy. Setting it up is no hassle, since it is quite a limited system. Great all in one!
What do you like best? Allows you to complete many of the assorted elements of CRM in one spot. What do you dislike? Teamleader isn't as flexible as it could be. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Great as a 1 stop for completing many of the steps required for ongoing CRM. More flexibility around changing dates and parameters of a project would be helpful.

Sometines we just need to do things quickly without having to spend time to fill in the blanks in order to specify a task. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Now we know exactly how much time each person spends on a project.
