What do you like best about Team Engine? Team Engine is a great way to communicate with potential candidates and employees. They are continuously making improvements with little things that just make life way easier.

What do you like best about Team Engine? This program works better than our HR division posting to all the individual sites. We assign sales jobs to the Sales Manager and they are able to monitor the applicants without having to run through HR, which speeds up the process tremendously. We struggling with finding employees and this program has really helped fill those positions. It made the process smooth and almost painless.

What do you like best about Team Engine? The automation and streamlining of communication with potential employees. Once someone applies TeamEngine texts them and starts a conversation on my behalf, screening out those applicants that are not responsive.

What do you like best about Team Engine? The text message feature gives me the abiltiy to communicate quickly with candidates. Candidates respond more often to text messaging than email or phone calls.
