"Great program, even better support."
What do you like best about TCP TimeClock Plus? The best thing about Time Clock Plus is the personal support you get. Everytime I call I get help right away. What do you dislike about TCP TimeClock Plus? Web based, subscription model. Sometimes affected by internet issues. What problems is TCP TimeClock Plus solving and how is that benefiting you? Since going web based, they have help with limiting punch locations.

What do you like best about TCP TimeClock Plus? Fast, friendly and resolved issue. Every support analyst Ive spoken to has been helpful What do you dislike about TCP TimeClock Plus? Nothing. Support was perfect! Never had any issues when talking to support. What problems is TCP TimeClock Plus solving and how is that benefiting you? I have had the same issue a few times. What do you like best about TCP TimeClock Plus? They have excellent customer support. The support staff are very knowledgeable and always very helpful. What do you dislike about TCP TimeClock Plus? I cannot think of anything I dislike, it's a great product. What problems is TCP TimeClock Plus solving and how is that benefiting you? The integration with PRISM HR makes processing payroll very efficient.

What do you like best about TCP TimeClock Plus? From an employee perspective, it's a pretty straightforward and simple timeclock system. What do you dislike about TCP TimeClock Plus? The management side of TCP is the weakset part of the system. There are often lots of menus and navigation can be difficult. What do you like best about TCP TimeClock Plus? The upside of using TCP is that we no longer have to do it on paper; however, I prefer paper. What do you dislike about TCP TimeClock Plus? It does not read the Holidays and we have to input it by hand and other little things that I can't think about it now. What problems is TCP TimeClock Plus solving and how is that benefiting you? Is solving having to enter the time manually most time and when the internet is working.
