"TimeClock Plus is a Must"
What do you like best about TCP TimeClock Plus? Geotracking features that allow us to control where employees can clock in from. What do you dislike about TCP TimeClock Plus? Wish we would intergrate our employee data from other systems a lot easier. What problems is TCP TimeClock Plus solving and how is that benefiting you? We are able to get away from manual clock and have all data in the cloud.

What do you like best about TCP TimeClock Plus? The ease of adding an employee and the reports that I need are perfect. What do you dislike about TCP TimeClock Plus? There is no easy way to figure things out without contacting support. What problems is TCP TimeClock Plus solving and how is that benefiting you? It is easy for an employee to clock in and out using an app on their phones or on a computer.

"Very knowledgeable and helpful"
What do you like best about TCP TimeClock Plus? Was having technical issues. I contacted the online support. They were able to walk me through how to fix the issue I was having. What do you dislike about TCP TimeClock Plus? The technical issues you sometimes experience. What problems is TCP TimeClock Plus solving and how is that benefiting you? It keeps you from having to swipe in and out on a time clock and makes keeping track of your time easy.

What do you like best about TCP TimeClock Plus? It is user friendlly and great customer support. What do you dislike about TCP TimeClock Plus? Ability/flexibility to print reports. Not best suited to have one employee on two projects at the same time, due to individual cost. What problems is TCP TimeClock Plus solving and how is that benefiting you? Neutral at this time

What do you like best about TCP TimeClock Plus? The price and functionality are good. Ease of use is awesome. It has many features that I like. The customer support is excellent as well. We use it every day, 6 days a week. What do you dislike about TCP TimeClock Plus? The accurals are sometimes off, so we manually do them. Sometime it doesn't clock someone in or out, easy fix but it does happen. It just happened to me yesterday and I'm the IT guy so I know I didn't screw things up. What ...

What do you like best about TCP TimeClock Plus? They have excellent customer support. The support staff are very knowledgeable and always very helpful. What do you dislike about TCP TimeClock Plus? I cannot think of anything I dislike, it's a great product. What problems is TCP TimeClock Plus solving and how is that benefiting you? The integration with PRISM HR makes processing payroll very efficient.

"Time clock and set up was too slow."
What do you like best about TCP TimeClock Plus? It records time and will split out job codes What do you dislike about TCP TimeClock Plus? Teams take too long to set up the system and did not know how. I had to hire another software programer to give them the codes to get the clock with out Accounting software which i was assured it would with with their system. "The migration king"
What do you like best about TCP TimeClock Plus? I have worked with TCP support on several occations. Most of them had to do with our current setup is a hybrad as we have some older clocks that require a local server but we also are a cloud Customer. But where TCP Support realy shinned was helping with a Migration and upgrade to the latest version. Literally did the whole thing for me remotely while I watched on. What do you like best about TCP TimeClock Plus? The best thing about Time Clock Plus is the personal support you get. Everytime I call I get help right away. What do you dislike about TCP TimeClock Plus? Web based, subscription model. Sometimes affected by internet issues. What problems is TCP TimeClock Plus solving and how is that benefiting you? Since going web based, they have help with limiting punch locations.
