What do you like best about TCP TimeClock Plus? The multi functions of the software with a host of great tools. What do you dislike about TCP TimeClock Plus? Can be cumberson in some areas but it just requires learning the intricacies that this powerful tool enables. What problems is TCP TimeClock Plus solving and how is that benefiting you? No more old time clocks and ease of employees accessing records. Also enables download of hours into payroll software with a few clicks.

What do you like best about TCP TimeClock Plus? Timeclock plus is efficient and effective in its functionality. The platform is easy to understand and to utilitze. What do you dislike about TCP TimeClock Plus? If I could make a suggestion I would like to see the Holiday element have more functionality in regards to assigning employee groups. What do you like best about TCP TimeClock Plus? The customer service agents are mostly always extremely friendly and quick to help/call back to assist with any issues. What do you dislike about TCP TimeClock Plus? "Terrific solution"
What do you like best about TCP TimeClock Plus? Timeclock plus has an option for everything. It integrates with Skyward to export time and timeoff. We have been using it for a year now and support is always a quick chat or phone call away. Very happy with their service. What do you dislike about TCP TimeClock Plus? What do you like best about TCP TimeClock Plus? I like that we can track our work orders with payroll codes and Accrual Banks are great for PTO What do you dislike about TCP TimeClock Plus? What do you like best about TCP TimeClock Plus? I like having the ability to adjust the accruals and timeclocks for employees and it's very user friendly. What do you dislike about TCP TimeClock Plus? Creating custom reports is a bit limiting What problems is TCP TimeClock Plus solving and how is that benefiting you? "Good but can be better"
What do you like best about TCP TimeClock Plus? The set up is rough but once you have it how you want it, the system does run pretty smooth. And having assistance by phone is great as I have not had great response by chat. What do you dislike about TCP TimeClock Plus? The clocks will "go down" occationally which causes employees to panic and blow up my phone/email. "Time Clock Plus was easy to implement and very user friendly."
What do you like best about TCP TimeClock Plus? We love the Contract Module as we have Hourly employees on Annualized Contracts. This module works with the School ERP Pro software to make sure we don't overpay these employees. What do you dislike about TCP TimeClock Plus? I don't have any dislikes about this software. What do you like best about TCP TimeClock Plus? Works well for many different types of companies. What do you dislike about TCP TimeClock Plus? There are a few little things. The column for listing employees needs to be wider so that the entire name is visible. I was told this was to be corrected, and then informed probably not. What do you like best about TCP TimeClock Plus? TCP keeps track of who's coming and going and when. We used to use timesheets and it was too easy to pad hours. There's no way with TCP and geofence! And their customer service is EXCELLENT! What do you dislike about TCP TimeClock Plus? It is a lot of upfront work, but that's to be expected.
