What do you like best? From scheduling, to pay roll, detailed reports and overall use - Humanity is the way to go! What do you dislike? N/A - I have really had no issues with this product whatsoever. Recommendations to others considering the product: Humanity is overall a fantastic product! What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The GPS function with time clocks is key.

Wonderful scheduling and payroll tool

What do you like best? Love how intuitive the interface is. I love how smooth the schedule making process is and there are so many different functions to help cater to your needs. My favorite is dragging shifts from one day/employee to another. What do you dislike? Vacation versus time requests off. I wish vacation option was friendlier for partial day availabilities. Great Management Tool

What do you like best? I like the ease of scheduling and editing the schedule, it allows you to move times as well as change the working employee with minimal effort. I also like the messaging / chat / message wall features. The location settings are nice, it allows me to see where the employee actually logs in. I really want to use a card reader for employees to clock in and out with, however haven't been able to set it up yet due to time constraints. The API's and LDAP integration is ...

What do you like best? The ease of the tool as far as how to schedule is efficient What do you dislike? It's not always as intuitive as I'd like it to be What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Financial controls through scheduling. The different rolls we can create for categorizing our associates is a cool benefit!

What do you like best? Ease of duplicating schedules week to week. What do you dislike? End users are frequently having issues with time clock. Convenient but not user friendly for those technologically inclined

What do you like best? Convenience, app, ability to see over time hours What do you dislike? Having to manually create shifts, the option to repeat is not customizable enough, printing is difficult, it is easy to lose your schedule with one wrong click and no way to restore it What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? No business problems that I am aware of but some users are still having difficulty navigating

What do you like best? The system is very user friendly for Admins and Staff and makes our processes more efficient. What do you dislike? The Training system needs improvements. A solid app that does everything but work my hours for me!

What do you like best? I like how I can see all of my upcoming shifts, shifts that are available pick up, and who is working on my calls with me. I'm equally pleased that I can access this information on my cellphone or laptop. What do you dislike? I have both the older and current apps on my phone. I prefer the older app when it comes to checking my upcoming shifts, as it shows all of the in succession, not just the most recent ones as the new app does. I seem to have better luck ...

What do you like best? I like the ease of use of Humanity. I also like how good the customer service is when using the chat feature. What do you dislike? How long it takes for bug fixes. Additionally, I dislike the fact that when Shiftplannig switched to Humanity, we've had a different accoung manger almost every 6 months, and are constantly having to explain again what the nature of our business is.
