Excellent way to manage employees

What do you like best? I really like that I can see exactly when an employee clocks in/out. There is never a discrepancy of time. What do you dislike? One thing I have noticed is when an employee requests a shift trade, the system doesn't record the trade after the fact. If I'm off one day and then look to see what an employee did during their shift, the "trade" (and/or "release") symbol will disappear soon after the shift is over. An Amazing tool to keep my hours on track

What do you like best? It's very convenient because i can access from any device, i can easily sign in or log out whenever i need it, and also I can keep a track of my hours, it's pretty amazing. What do you dislike?
