What do you like best? Humanity addresses the scheduling needs of SMB and large enterprises from all industries! What do you dislike? Customer Support could stand to improve quicker response times/overall service. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Humanity for Contact Centers

What do you like best? Humanity is easy to read and understand. Very barebones, so you aren't getting to much. But what you do get is good for a small group of people you'd like to schedule. What do you dislike? How barebones Humanity is. Only one vacation policy you can use for all teams, no matter if you want them to be different. Intraday scheduling is not there, either. Very User Friendly

What do you like best? I love how user friendly humanity is. It easy to submit time off request, trade shifts, and see your schedule for the upcoming week. What do you dislike? I dislike that when putting in availability you put in wajen you aren’t available instead of when you are available. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Easy to have employees all in one place

What do you like best? I love that all the employees can clock in and out in one spot. One of the best solutions i have come across

What do you like best? The customer service is unreal. I've had multiple calls arranged and any time i had a query they were always got back to me with an answer or solution with lightning speed. For an organization where employees don't work in shifts, Humanity doesn't tend to offer alot compared to other products out there, but it shines best when it comes to Shift planning and scheduling. In our company we don't tend to do shifts, that was the reason we opted for a product like CakeHR, ...

Easy to Use

What do you like best? Easy to use interface but not ideal for my companies use case What do you dislike? The platform has really poor integration with our internal database which causes a lot of issues. It's not a bad software, but not ideal for our purposes. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Great shift exchange feature that makes our substitute teacher ops really easy.

What do you like best? I do like the best the point that you can manage your employees remotely and check their availability and time shifts. What do you dislike? I like in general humanity as it is very user-friendly. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I am solving problems such as scheduling efficient time shifts of engineers.
