Humanity is GREAT!

What do you like best? Humanity has been great for us at The Escape Game. We use it for scheduling in all of our local stores. As an admin, I love the easy visibility I have from store to store and that any changes I make on accounts, I can make across all accounts. I love Humanity!!

What do you like best? My favorite feature is the payroll tab - it is so easy to find exactly what I need to track staffing budgets. What do you dislike? Honestly, nothing! It's super user-friendly, especially for someone who is not super techy, ha! What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Excellent Platform for managing staff, scheduling , timesheet, payroll and reports.

What do you like best? Since I have started using Humanity scheduling has become much easier. There's this great feature where I can share messages, emails and files with my employees directly from my account. These recent new features have proven to be time saving for our schedulers and helps us to get more done in a short time. What do you like best? Immediate assistance when messaging support. They always respond promptly and solve my issue accurately. Their customer support is always friendly and patient. They always follow up to make sure they have resolved the issue. What do you dislike? Not being able to see all features on phone application. Scheduling software that gives me hours back in my week.

What do you like best? Ability to schedule staff across multiple locations is the biggest reason we went with Humanity. The timeclock (timekeeping) element of this software is also a huge asset to us. What do you dislike? No dislikes, if you have a question their support chat is always responsive. Humanity is the best employee scheduling software, hands down.

What do you like best? The features and customizable aspects that Humanity provides outnumber all other competitors. Our company account managers Rich and Aaron really take Humanity to the next level in my opinion.
