What do you like best? The TaxJar team is great! The support team are really quick to respond, and are really helpful with getting the states set up for Auto-File. The Auto-File feature is great as well!

Makes my job exponentially easier.
PROS: TaxJar is a convenient tool that falls under the first tier of our workflow. We are a team of accountants and we use this to do initial checks and filing. Of course, we still maintain audits to make sure that everything is accurate and accounted for. So far, we have had a good working relationship with TaxJar. What do you like best? I like that the software is really easy to use. You can easily check sales tax for economic nexus and physical presence. It makes it easy for us to see what states we need to file a sales tax permit. I like

This makes our jobs a lot easier.
PROS: What I like about TaxJar is that it ties in all of the elements that I look for in a tax processing solution--affordable, accurate, and has great support. Sure, there are a dozen of options out there, but this is the one that caters to my business' needs best. There's a small learning hump at the start while you set this up, but once you have everything running, things should go smoothly. Their support team is very efficient and attentive too.

What do you like best? Easy to use interface makes quick work of our monthly tasks. And it we ever get stuck, the customer service is second to none. (That means first, ya know) Oh! And also the "Look Back" feature is tippy top.

Saves us time and money.
PROS: I was looking for accounting options--to either do the grunt work myself or to hire an accountant to do our accounting for us. Both solutions weighed heavily to me because the former was tedious and the latter was costly. TaxJar came at a crucial point. It is user-friendly and it does its job well and accurately. I'm glad I came across this solution.

"Excellent for eCommerce sites, easy to use"
What do you like best? Ease of use, GUI is clean. This service was very easy to set up and I am definitely not fond of accounting work. It pulled all of our sales data from Amazon and calculated our sales tax. It has made filing the returns quite easy. Doing this by hand would be impossible. Doing it with an accountant would cost probably 100x what taxjar costs.

What do you like best? TaxJar provides affordability, efficiency, education, and great customer service. I have tried the other services and do not find them anywhere near as friendly to small businesses. I get all my clients on TaxJar as soon as possible after getting them registered, and once things are set up properly, it runs itself.
