What do you like best? Taxjar customer service/tech support reps are amazing. Everyone I’ve dealt with is friendly, professional, and really invested in not only helping customers, but helping them learn as well. My company has an integration with their product, and working through issues with them is always productive and really collaborative.

What do you like best? We've had a great experience using TaxJar. The onboarding process was comprehensive, and the support we've received has just been top notch. We did a custom integration, and TaxJar's team helped us along the way. The dashboard is really clear and easy to understand, and the autofiling has just been a lifesaver.

What do you like best? TaxJar is a simple solution so I can focus on whats important; my business. They have great customer service, when I was in a pinch, they were able to help guide me to a solution to solve my issues. Their Dashboard is pretty easy to understand and it makes the process simple. I also like the constant updates, so I know when my returns are filed

"Simple, to the point, and gets the job done"
What do you like best? We are about to go live using TaxJar's very simple API. The process in developing our integration to their API has been seamless and documentation is very good from their end.

They have the best customer service team!
PROS: TaxJar simplifies the otherwise bothersome and tedious task of tax filing. The platform itself is very intuitive and the customer service is absolutely top-notch. Kudos to the team for always game to answering even my most mundane questions.
