What do you like best? Great support. We had issues getting Automated filings to work for some states, and the TaxJar support team was able to pinpoint the issues (always at the states, not their software) .

What do you like best? The integrations with Amazon and Shopify are the best thing, and auto-files. I couldn't possibly spend time to file all these state returns on my own.
