What do you like best about TaxDome? Customer service support team for onboarding was great. Helped me upload all existing information. The U Tube videos are very helpful and are step by step. If you watch in the videos in order and then commit to the work - you'll have the perfect setup for tax season.

What do you like best about TaxDome? TaxDome continues to make super helpful improvements. It's clear that they got a bunch of small CPA firm owners in a room and asked exactly what we need. Then they made that happen! I love that my document management, workflow, client portal, invoice/payment system, and more, is all in one place!

What do you like best about TaxDome? Client portals and organizers make it easy to collect data and communicate with clients in a secure place where our entire internal team can access the info. The platform is also great for managing our team tasks and workflow. TD also offers plenty of resources to help new users learn how to use the platform.

What do you like best about TaxDome? TaxDome has exceptional customer support and I have found their self help videos very informative and helpful. There are a lot of features and benefits to TaxDome that help with running my business efficiently.

"Customer Self Sign-up, Conditional Organizers and Automated Workflow"

What do you like best about TaxDome? I require my customers to use a self sign-up feature, so that they are doing the data entry into TD. This a necessary first step in order to receive a quote (which they may or may not accept). Next up is a conditional organizer feature which makes the organizer very short (for simple tax returns) and very long (for complex tax returns). Automated workflow allows me to keep my customers up to date on the progress of their tax return.
