"Useful Chat bot for business"
What do you like best about tawk.to? The best thing about this product is it provides a mobile app, where agents can respond from their mobile. Easy to integrate and easy to administrate. What do you dislike about tawk.to? A little bit slower to load. It takes a bit of time to load the bot after a page load. What problems is tawk.to solving and how is that benefiting you? I explored this tool and integrated it with the website to engage the visitors and resolve their queries.

Top-notch platform for support service
PROS: Tawk.to is a user-friendly platform that can be accessed through the web or its mobile app. It is a great tool for customer support and it is available for free. CONS: I would like tawk.to better if existing features will be easier to learn how to use and if new versions with more capabilities will be released.
