Be cautious when using this plugin. The developers appear to be fraudulent, siphoning, cloaking and redirecting traffic from others websites. I have just read a post on Wordpress.org from a user who has shared a link, saying the developers used it to redirect traffic from his/her website to other sources. I've been using tawk.to for several years
I've been using tawk.to for several years, as a free service with all the features offered there's no doubt it should have 5 stars. The people that are adding 1 star reviews are mainly justifying it on fraudulent websites, not the messaging app itself. Would recommend.
