Lucky to get 2 stars …

We have used this platform for a few years now. It is not perfect as occasionally signal goes and the customer gets cut off but on the whole has been ok. They have since ‘upgraded’ the site with as we can seen different graphics on there. It has definitely made the usage more glitchy than before. The main thing they have taken away is the access to previous chats with customers. What do you like best about tawk.to? Tawk.to is very good software itself, the ability to have a live chat and help center all in one site is very appealing and the knowledge center function is very easy to use. What do you like best about tawk.to? It had knowledgebase where we can post FAQ and some extra informations. But it needs to be improved. It is totally free. What do you dislike about tawk.to? You are not able to add shortcuts to go to a title. You cant save the IP of visitor or ticket sender. What problems is tawk.to solving and how is that benefiting you? Keep in touch with players. And easy to reach us.

What do you like best about tawk.to? The option to pop up customized messages for site visitors based on the page they are currently browsing What do you dislike about tawk.to? The analytics is not very comprehensive, especially in the free plan. What problems is tawk.to solving and how is that benefiting you? Most of our web properties have tawk integration and it helps to hook the customer at the critical moment when they are visiting our blog/page especially for the first time.

What do you like best about tawk.to? tawk.to is the best solution for chatting on your website totally free! Of course, there are additional packages that can be purchased separately and that add functionality to the basic chat. What do you like best about tawk.to? The best thing is customization and easy integration with eCommerce platforms like Shopify and Woocommerce. What do you like best about tawk.to? I like the fact that it's free. You don't need to pay a subscription to use it. You can add multiple properties and manage chats from different websites. When you start using it with frequency, it works perfectly fine. Very inconvenient chat usability I have spent hours to understand how to respond offline messages. First they say create tick and then join. It is very difficult and non user friendly to find option how to respond to chats. Very bad and difficult interface
