The interface is not user friendly and…

The interface is not user friendly and is very difficult to navigate. So we avoid using it. The only way we can reply to offline messages is to reply to the email received - but customers never seem to receive them even when we make sure the reply is going to their email address. We can only assume it gets flagged as spam by servers because it's originally a Tawk.to message.

What do you like best about tawk.to? Tawk enabled me to set up a chat on my website so that potential clients could communicate with me straight from the website. This would reduce rejections since they did not have to leave the website to communicate. What do you dislike about tawk.to? "Easy to use and great features"

What do you like best about tawk.to? A lot of features you would expect to pay for with others but not with Tawk. The live chat is great and we don't have to pay per user. What do you dislike about tawk.to? The UI is a little outdated but it does the job and exactly what we need. What problems is tawk.to solving and how is that benefiting you? We have multiple avenues for our customers to get in touch with us and Tawk is a great way for instant communication when browing on our website.

TAWK SUPPORTS AND CONDONES SCAMMERS

I reported to tawk that there is a scam website that is scamming people of their money and I was not attended to after informing their customer service. The website still continues to take money from people as it seems like a genuine website. They seem to condone the website from scamming people of their monies. How can such a company be trusted as they continue to contribute and not allow the scammers continue to use their platform.
