"Great and free live chat app"
What do you like best about tawk.to? It offers all its features for free, without limits. Also, it's really easy to configure and customize which is great. You would expect the features to be sub par vs similar paid apps, but they are not, they do what they are supposed to do in a really good way. I'm speechless
This was so easy to set up yet so effective! I just copied the HTML into a HTML thing on Wix and boom it showed up. The dashboard looks really low-key and secret agent style stuff and is so easy to use and you can have multiple people on the same platform of support. This is the best free alternative to Intercom.

"Great inexpensive option for Live chat"
What do you like best about tawk.to? I love that there is an accompanying app that I can use to chat with potential customers when I'm not at my desk. I am using the free plan and still able to customize it with my brand's colors and make it look like mine. "Tawk is Great!"
What do you like best about tawk.to? Tawk is a super helpful chat tool. I love that several people can view and join the same chat -- you can even join chats as another customer service representative in case the first representative got caught up in another task, which keeps the customer experience smooth and seamless. "Easy Cutomized"
What do you like best about tawk.to? I like plenty of options and details for customizing. Monitoring with an IP and location details. Also reports are pretty good. Everythign is easy to use and looks nice. What do you dislike about tawk.to? i would like to see and hear more different sounds and some layots for chat windows and their location on the screen - from my admin side and from customers side. 10/10 for awesomeness
It's free (unless you want a white label version). That makes it hard to beat. I've just looked at all the configuration options and they do seem to have thought of everything. I can change the appearance, control the position on the page and hide it when I'm not online. Just brilliant. Thanks very much for this.

What do you like best about tawk.to? Nos gustó que podemos habilitar la herramienta y monitorear varios ejecutivos a la misma vez. Fue muy fácil de instalar. Oplevede et teknisk problem. Efter koktakt til chat support, får jeg at vide at problemet virker hos dem. De beder mig bruge en anden IP adresse, rydde chache og skrifte browser, men det kan man jo ikke bede tilbagevendende kunder om på ens egen side, hvis chat funktionen ikke virker. Dårlig oplevelse, at supporteren bare modsiger mig, og fortæller, at det virker hos hende.

What do you like best about tawk.to? What I like in Tawk.to is that I can see what our site visitors are looking into currently. I can also see what they are typing so it gives me time to look up the response while they are typing and thus my responses are timely and accurate. What do you dislike about tawk.to?
