What do you like best about tawk.to? It's an intuitive live-chat with a modern interface. Improves customer communication. It's great to monitor traffic in real-time either on site or mobile application. It is a customizable chat, which allows us to adapt our website without problems. SCAM!!!!
I would give zero stars if possible. This app is usually used for scam artist who make fake websites. They act as though they have someone on the other end to help you with a package that is supposed to be sent to you. Its free and untraceable so to not get in trouble with the law. DO NOT TRUST ANYONE WHO USES THIS APP AS A WAY FOR YOU TO CONTACT THEM!!!

"It's pretty neat"
What do you like best about tawk.to? I like that i can talk to customers live, i can see who is on visiting our site, and where they are from. What do you dislike about tawk.to? I dislike that tawk.to doesn't pop up on our site unless i am physically logged in. I believe people would ask more questions if it did. What problems is tawk.to solving and how is that benefiting you? That it's easy to reach out to people live on our site IF i am logged in.

They simply don't strive for quality
Me: "your live agents are making very costly mistakes" Tawk Staff: "what do you expect for $1 per hour?" Me: "you don't advertise 'mistakes included' in your price" Tawk Staff: "correct" Me: "so how can we improve the service for our clients?" Tawk Staff: "you can't tell us how to run our business" Me: "I'm looking to preserve my reputation here" Tawk Staff: "then cancel your subscription--we have a thousand more customers who'll take your place & won't complain" Ok, cancelled. Good riddance.

"What I have encountered with tawk.to for almost a year"
What do you like best about tawk.to? Firstly, I like how tawk.to brings online web visitors together with teams, mainly customer support representatives. What do you like best about tawk.to? The best thing I like about tawk.to is its user-friendly interface in desktop. The availability of knowledge base also helps a lot while using it. Support is non existent
We were using tawk for around 2 years until a critical bug made it impossible for us to use. We cancelled our service but were still charged around 120 USD for our yearly subscription. I contacted the support using a ticket but after around 4 months and 12 chats via their website I still don't have any response.

Very strong potential for a 5 star
1 I had to write a review since there is a few here that say that their support is non existent. I always get their chat to help me out with their system and they are quick to respond the first time and their answers are 100% competent/helpful. I basically used chat support to learn their system but then I started to use their documentation and there was a lot of it and easy to understand too. "Great option for customer chat"
What do you like best about tawk.to? I’ve used tawk.to on several websites, it works great - even has an app for my iOS device. A must have for the budget conscious! What do you dislike about tawk.to? Sometimes the app doesn’t always sync up with my site but that’s a rarity. What problems is tawk.to solving and how is that benefiting you? Has made talking to customers when away from my computer super easy!
