Our customer support service is better with tawk.to
PROS: This live chat platform is ideal for small businesses. Tawt.to has a built-in ticketing feature which allows you to resolve the problems of your clients fast. It has a well-designed interface and it is easy to integrate with apps or websites. Sharing links for chatting is also an option. You can hire agents from this platform for one dollar per hour. CONS: I get all the features I need from tawk.to and I love that they continue to add new features as time goes.

They are supporting Scam Sites, Giving Horrible services, not professional at, all, they are being used in service on sites are scam, Ponzi scheme. Look at internet you should find sites of Investment where they ban people are asking formal questions and informations about company they shut out chat from site by ip. Doesn't matter what you do will be banned.

PROS: All of tawk.to’s features can be accessed for free. It also has versions that are compatible with different devices and operating systems which make it all the more convenient for me to reach my customers anytime and anywhere. The app also comes with awesome push notification sounds that help me attend to every one of the messages I receive. CONS: I think the import and export capabilities can be improved to streamline the process whenever a user needs to add a new website to tawk.to.
