Very Disappointed with Tawk's Subscription Renewal

We got billed for a full year of Tawk without any warning. We only used Tawk briefly last year and didn’t expect it to auto-renew like this. It’s common to get a reminder before any yearly subscription renews. Other services always send a heads-up a week before a yearly renewal. We don’t need the service and asked for a refund for the upcoming year or to just pay for this month. They refused, and didn’t even bother giving us a proper reply. Simple and functional

I have a digital company and use tawk to for customer support on the site. it's quite convenient and simple, obviously you have a track of everything but not the previous chats. It would be interesting to also add this function that isn't there. I feel good personally.

They don't pay their employees on time

They don't pay their employees on time. Always almost a month's late. They give them a lot of lousy alibis. They probably should think about change of the whole management folks.

Not Good

One of the worst things you can add to your site. Makes your website instantly terrible for anyone visiting – probably a good thing to have on your site if you want to reduce time spent on page or increase your exit rate.

4 Amazing Years with Tawk and Counting!

I have worked with Tawk for going on 4 years now and hiring them has been the best decision I have made for my business. This review is years overdue. The CEO of the company John set me up with 3 interviews years ago and the first interview was a match. Whenever there has been any issue I have been able to reach out to him directly and he literally responds to my email in a matter of minutes. Beef on sight with Naomi

Naomi has some real cheek wanting £15 of a 4 bullet point answer and continues to throw shade and act so unprofessionally and it says 100% free in the link waste of time and a bunch of lunatics scammers.

I have not used your services indeed your software has not been on my website for 2 years and 2 years in a row you have taken an annual SUBSCRIPTION INCLUDING TODAY $144 PER YEAR I want my money back and it is very vague on your website your contact details and indeed how to get a refund please advise

Worst chat ever

Worst chat ever; support is so bad that they can't even help with password reset when the email isn't arriving. The free live chat isn't that good either. Better pay to a paid one.
