Excellent Chatbot and even better support

What do you like best? Chatbot has all the features we required unlike others and the support we got setting it up was super fast and first class. What do you dislike? The price is high compared to others. But it has features we needed. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Using chatbot for automatic quotes for our clients.

Best customer service, development and user support

What do you like best? TARS staff is responsive and friendly and follows thru on what they say they are going to do. It is pleasant surprise to receive emails from TARS developers demonstrating that they have been working on my projects in between contact and without prompting from me. Great partners. What do you like best? Very easy to use system with an amazing support team. What do you dislike? Everything was good and it was an overall good experience. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It is helping my brand to interact directly with customers and help them raise tickets. What do you like best? Team is very supportive. They work closely with their clients to resolve the issues promptly. What do you dislike? Analytics is something TARS can build upon. The present structure serves the basic purpose but advanced analytics is missing. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
