Targetprocess has been incredibly flexible and met our needs near perfectly

What do you like best? The flexibility. I loved being able to create a custom workflow and custom boards to exactly fit our desired work process. Unlike JIRA, Targetprocess was easy to customize and get set up with very quickly in an intuitive way. The UI with the custom boards is beautiful. What do you dislike? What do you like best? I specially love the custom reports and views feature. The web application itself is super smooth and fast and works amazingly fast with even the slowest internet connections.
