Simple project management that works the way you want it to.

What do you like best? The clean interface that works well. We also use the API to automatically create dev request which is really handy. We commonly use TP as a knowledge base for all development issues. All issues are submitted into TP and tracked there as request. Those request can become bugs and/or stories. Regardless of the type of TP it is, we can search TP and retrieve stored solutions and fixes previous devs used. What do you dislike? TP has several features that don't ...

Simplifies our daily work tremendously

What do you like best? Does all the things Trello is missing. Has a great and mostly very intuitive UI. It's great to be able to supply every person in our team with the views which are most helpful to him/her. To be able to see all work not only in Kanban type list views but also in a timeline or a hierarchical view. The documenting and structuring abilities are good enough so we can document software projects entirely in Targetprocess, except for wireframes and clickable ...

Perfect tool to have the work done your way!

What do you like best? 1. Fully customized processes. You can setup processes your way and not change the process to meek the tool requirements. 2. Process per team. Each team can have own processes. Team processes then can match project process stages for easy reporting and managing on big projects with multiple teams. 3. Charts and dashboards. Easy reporting and tracking. 4. Customized entities, Not all processes work with UserStory or Bug. You can change names of ...

One of the best online scrum management tools around

What do you like best? I specially love the custom reports and views feature. The web application itself is super smooth and fast and works amazingly fast with even the slowest internet connections. The support team is very friendly and helpful. The UX is very intuitive and easy to use. Creating custom fields and workflows is very dynamic. What do you dislike? A good native mobile app would be great. Lack of advanced email and mobile notification settings. What business problems are ...

My favorite Project Management Software

What do you like best? I like the flexibility of the boards and the reports, and the integration with source control. It is easy to learn to use, and the availability and quality of the support is fantastic. What do you dislike? Some of the things that were easy to do in TP2 are more complicated in TP3, and I think the mobile app could use some work. Recommendations to others considering the product I've used other project management/agile support software. Targetprocess is

Extraordinary attention to detail far beyond its fundamental value

What do you like best? I'm a user experience director, so my mantra is "I fight for the user." I am certain that there are people like that at TargetProcess. Above and beyond its fundamental value, I love the fact that there are clearly designers at Targetprocess who love their users in return. Tiny, tasteful microinteractions are all over the product. In many cases, if I think I can click or drag or otherwise manipulate something in a way that feels natural to me, I can. I very much ...

Exxxtrodinary!

What do you like best? The flexibility of the product is amaxing. and user experience is so good. Looking at the number of features it offers, the interface responds pretty fast. What do you dislike? there should be email alerts or auto reports. Recommendations to others considering the product Spend some time with Target Process than searching alternatives. TP will get what you want done if you understand the core. What business problems are you solving with the product? What ...

Targetprocess is a nice tool for development project management

What do you like best? I like the best the option for each individual to set up their own views, what they like and what fits them most from their perspective. I have worked with Targetprocess as both developer and manager and it fits both roles really nice. What do you dislike? I sometimes expect too much from Targetprocess, there are some impossible boards and functionalities that I would like to have. Some fields are not possible to put into horizontal/vertical lanes - although to ...
