Visibility and customization

What do you like best? The best things in TargetProcess are visibility and customization. TargetProcess provides many examples of tickets views for planning, being up to date with daily tasks or for retrospective purposes. There are different levels to look at tickets: you can easily prioritize all the tickets on a backlog and you can plan each ticket separately. We needed customization, because our workflow is always a work in progress. TargetProcess enables customization of both: views ...

Target Process & Ease of Use

What do you like best? That is seems to capture all the elements needed to have multiple teams and business areas review the details, criteria, action plan and that we can all experience this communication in one place via requests, stories, tasks, etc. What do you dislike? The search feature in TP3 is hidden, unlike in TP2. Recommendations to others considering the product If a company is looking to cut down on disturbing others during their work day and will use TP as the source ...

Extremely Flexible tool for Agile teams with superb customer service

What do you like best? We’ve been using Targetprocess for about 2 years, and I’m a big fan of the system. We started out with just 10-12 developers working inside the tool, but once I and other department heads saw the value it brought for our R&D team, adoption began to spread pretty naturally. We now use the tool for development, customer support, marketing, our design team, and content management. Having everyone work from the same tool has made cooperation between departments much ...

Nice tool for our requirements

What do you like best? Very clear user interface, the functionality provided by the tool, it's ease of use and the support provided by the company. There's continuous enhancements going on which is another plus point. What do you dislike? It would have found much more use with in our organisation if it supported multiple cost centres and multiple costs for different resources. It also lacks plug-ins for some of the common devops/sysops tools. Recommendations to others considering the ...

TP showing what you need

What do you like best? When the views are properly set-up, it shows you what you need to know. Whether you are at the stand-up, starting to work on an assigned ticket, etc. What do you dislike? Properly setting up the boards is not a task that I look forward on doing. Without properly set-up views you will not easily find the information you need. Fortunately you do this once for each view you need. Recommendations to others considering the product Take some time to properly set it ...

Best blend of simplicity and flexibility I've ever seen.

What do you like best? Target Process is very easy to use while offering configuration that has enabled me to use it in any workplace environment. Their support is great. it's nice being able to reach out to a person and get a response in real time. The UX clearly has a lot of thought and care put into it. Everyone I have shown this product to has enjoyed working in it. What do you dislike? I would like to see more effort invested in their request portal. Target process offers ...

I've been working in an agile project for over a year using TP

What do you like best? It's an amazing tool, really designed to help team members to manage to do their tasks during an agile project. You can create as many dashboards as you need, mixing the attributes you need to correlate. For example, you can have a dashboard to use in daily meetings, another to perform refinements, another to view sprints overview, etc... Its report section is one of the best I've seen in a long time. You can build almost any report you imagine, using a lot of ...

Smart UX, fantastic customizability.

What do you like best? Our process has changed a lot over the past 3 years as a startup. Targetprocess has handled literally everything we've thrown at it. I hear other talking about how they wanted to do a unique process in one part of their workflow, but couldn't because of the limitations of their system. That is not the world I live in. Targetprocess is built for customizability. What do you dislike? We used Asana previously and task creation was almost as fast as typing a list of ...

Before you think "no tool will fit my process" take a look at TargeProcess.

What do you like best? The features introduced in the latest incarnation are great for digitising offline processes. Although we were initially just using it for simple project management tasks, we've now branched out into other uses. The interface is extremely customisable, and behind the scenes a REST API allows for all kinds of extensions. The support team are great, and issues are few and far between,. What do you dislike? Some staff find the learning curve a little steep if they ...

Targetprocess has been incredibly flexible and met our needs near perfectly

What do you like best? The flexibility. I loved being able to create a custom workflow and custom boards to exactly fit our desired work process. Unlike JIRA, Targetprocess was easy to customize and get set up with very quickly in an intuitive way. The UI with the custom boards is beautiful. What do you dislike? The UI is a little bit sluggish especially during the middle of the work day. Everything is loaded asynchronously, even when it is something which could in theory be cached ...
