I have used several different CRM systems over the past years. For various reasons, I changed them, sometimes they lacked some functionality, but most often it was an excess of them, a feeling of constant fatigue and overwhelming during everyday use. Many CRMs enforce a separate db for Contacts and Organizations. Sometimes it is difficult to combine them in Leads, opportunities, clients.
