What do you like best? The amount of integrations, templates and customizations you can make for these dashboards for clients is worth it. Being able to have everything a client needs for reporting and build it out to be automated, allows for an easier workflow as a team. What do you dislike? Great real time reporting platform for marketing programs with API connections

What do you like best? Tapclicks is a great tool for configuring real time reports. It's really customizable and easy to use. It connects to most everything and requires no technical knowledge to set it up. What do you dislike? Not all the metrics are available out of the box and you sometime have to ask a rep for what you're looking for. It's not a huge problem as the reps are really responsive. It just means I have to wait until the next day to get what I need. I wish I had a 24 ...
