What do you like best? Automatic integrations with the data sources saves us loads of time in reporting. Instead of pulling all the individual data points, we can spend time analyzing the data. What do you like best? Almost every data source I need is available in TapClicks. Having the ability to add a smart connector when a data source is not available is also one of TapClicks biggest strengths. I've used several reporting dashboards and TapClicks is by far the best equipped. What do you dislike? There is a steep learning curve as there are way to many functions. Powerful and Constantly Changing

What do you like best? TapClicks is constantly updating their product so they're offering the best reporting and workflow mgmt software out there. They're also open to feedback so ideas we have for updates and enhancement are taken into account and in some cases, implemented. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Integration with top platforms. Customization. Great customer service. What do you dislike? I can't really think of any. We researched competitors and Tapclicks came out on top! What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Tapclicks makes getting reports out for our clients monthly easier. Clients love that all campaign insights are aggregated on one dashboard.

What do you like best? Out of Tapclicks' features, we like the fact that it is a flexible dashboard system with constant updates the most. What do you dislike? Out of Tapclicks's features, we like all of them except there seems to be consistent periods of broken Facebook connection and the recurring issue of mismatched revenue data between the Facebook dashboard and our Tapclicks dashboards. What do you like best? TapClicks aggregates data from every major platform and allows fairly robust dashboards and reports to be build codelessly. There are considerable customization options. What do you dislike? There are semi-frequent bugs, and I find that while customer support is excellent and they always resolve the issue, I do end up speaking to them at least once a month. What do you like best? It's a very customizable platform which allows us to send a wide variety of metrics and statistics to our clients through custom dashboards or automated reports. They have all the larger metrics like Google My Business, Adwords, Analytics, Facebook Ads and Insights, among other services.
