What do you like best about Tap My Back? The fact that one can 1) recognize a team member publicly; 2) do it in a very easy and fun way. What do you dislike about Tap My Back? The app sometimes crashes unexpectedly but other than that all is well. What problems is Tap My Back solving and how is that benefiting you? "Simple but effective employee recognition platform"

What do you like best about Tap My Back? Very easy to use and with almost immediate impact on team spirit. And the custom badges are awesome. What do you dislike about Tap My Back? Nothing so far. But future integrations with company intranets might be a good idea. What problems is Tap My Back solving and how is that benefiting you? A simple way of showing recognition publicly. Which happens less and less often in the workplace.

What do you like best about Tap My Back? It's incredible that all the team can see a recognition. What do you dislike about Tap My Back? Not much. May it could be more customisable. What problems is Tap My Back solving and how is that benefiting you? It's very clear for all the team that there is a recognition tool, visible to everyone.
