Quick search tool review
What do you like best? The Quick Search Tool is very user friendly and easy to use. It's a powerful tool to discover the most engaging content, refine the SEO texts and hashtags that should be used. What do you dislike? There's nothing I don't like, but as the tool is so powerful, maybe Talkwalker should make more tutorials available on how to use it. Great interface
What do you like best? - Talkwalker's interface is really clear and easy to understand - The support is fast to answer and helpful What do you dislike? - Not always really good on social media - Loading is long sometimes What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I'm using talkwalker in order to do some monitoring for one of my client. I'm also using it for some alerting and press reviews.

Why I use Talkwalker?
What do you like best? - Easy to use the query creation, the data visualizing and the alert system. - Best customer support. What do you dislike? - Unfortunately, the automatic sentiment analysis is not accurate enough especially for the arabic language. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Talkwalker helps us to track our company's mentions and to monitor a specific topics and the potential reputation crisis.

Great interface
What do you like best? It's slick. The dashboards are easy on the eye and they pull together easily into a report. What do you dislike? There's not much to fault, but the topics section could improve. Recommendations to others considering the product: Definitely give it a shot, especially through the Hootsuite link up. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Monitoring online campaign engagement.

Great tool for online listening
What do you like best? We like the customisable dashboards and the huge amount of options for how to present the data. What do you dislike? It would be great if the Quick Search tool was part of my package, it's also a shame that it's becoming more difficult to monitor social pages. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We find it really useful for new business pitches!

Tool & Support team on top !
What do you like best? Very useful tool to analyse social network feedbacks. Talkwalker is intuitive ! Support team is on top and reactive with relevant advices & solutions. What do you dislike?
