Feature packed and good support
What do you like best? Data visualisation looks great and intuitive. Filter works great and allows for nice scaling of results. The versatility of the tool means you need to invest time in learning and getting used to it. It will in turn reward you nicely. Widespread monitoring tool with lots of features

Very easy setup of topics, fast support either via phone or mail, new features and releases every threee months, lots of results with good accuracy What do you dislike? crawling of historical data in social media channels is a bit tricky... What do you like best? - Talkwalker's interface is really clear and easy to understand - The support is fast to answer and helpful What do you dislike? - Not always really good on social media - Loading is long sometimes What problems are you solving with the product?
